Bastianich Ribolla Gialla. Ribolla is the most typical white wine in Brda (the westernmost region of Slovenia) and Collio (the northernmost region of Italy). It is one of the most ancient grape varieties in the area, grown here since the time of the Roman Empire. This Ribolla is produced in the heart of Brda where the grape expresses its fullest potential.

Tasting notes: flinty aromas open the way to an impact of great freshness and acidity, taut like a violin string, and brilliant expressive capacity which is both generous and balanced.
Serving suggestions: it is the perfect wine to accompany the spiciness typical of Indian cuisine. It should be tried with curried shrimps and rice. Serving 10°C.
