Tartuflanghe Alba white truffle. This outstanding product is the result of several years of research. Thanks to an innovative technique the truffle can be preserved for months at room temperature and the taste can be kept unchanged, with a surprising long lasting flavour. The smell and the taste of the truffle “noH2O dehydrated truffle” are released when the product is served on warm dishes , giving off those characteristic flavour which make the truffle so unique.
Serving suggestions: serve the dehydrated Truffle noH2O at the end of the preparation, as you would do with the fresh truffle. In order to taste it at its best, crumble it on your warm dishes and wait 2-3 minutes, so that the heat hydrates the truffle and its unique flavour can be better released.

Chris & Aaron offers free returns on Italy Standard if you purchased the item using PayPal. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and provide a proof of purchase.
Return items in their original condition. Perishable products cannot be returned (fresh products).

We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return.
