Terre Bormane walnut sauce. A classic recipe in Ligurian cuisine, used with ‘pansotti’ and various kinds of fresh pasta, this sauce is a blend of grated walnuts with extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Serving suggestions: ideal to dress all kinds of fresh and dry pasta, as well as gnocchi, tortelli.

Editor's note: Before the roman legions conquered the west liguria, the riviera tribes venerated a native god called bormanus. Adored and feared god of the waters, bormanus, according to the legend, lived in a thick and wild forest, maybe a mysterious sacred wood consecrated to him (lucus). Chris & Aaron offers free returns on Italy Standard if you purchased the item using PayPal. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and provide a proof of purchase.
Return items in their original condition. Perishable products cannot be returned (fresh products).
International Returns

We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that weren't delivered. Once your return has been processed, a refund can take up to 10 days.
