Terre Bormane Modena Balsamic. The origins of this precious dressing date back to more than 2000 years ago, in fact the Roman APICIUS in his “De Re Coquinaria” refers its use in 60 plates at least. The balsamic vinegar of Modena is obtained by a slow fermentation of cooked musts coming from grapes of its place of origin which are opportunely mixed with percentages of strong wine vinegar. It is naturally aged and refined in little butts of various kinds of wood such as oak, chestnut, mulberry, etc., respecting the production area habits
Serving suggestions: it is fit for various dishes, from appetizers to desserts.
Editor's note: Before the roman legions conquered the west liguria, the riviera tribes venerated a native god called bormanus. Adored and feared god of the waters, bormanus, according to the legend, lived in a thick and wild forest, maybe a mysterious sacred wood consecrated to him (lucus). Bormanus would derive from a divinity of the springs and this name makes us suppose that hot thermal waters gushed out in this zone. [Liguria, Italy]

Chris & Aaron offers free returns on Italy Standard if you purchased the item using PayPal. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and provide a proof of purchase.
Return items in their original condition. Perishable products cannot be returned (fresh products).
International Returns

We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that weren't delivered. Once your return has been processed, a refund can take up to 10 days.
