La Crotta Vegneron, Chambave Muscat Attente. After careful selection of the grapes, fermentation in steel vats at a maximum temperature of 12 °C and the introduction of selected native yeasts, the wine is aged for 40 months “sur lies” in steel tanks. In this Valle d’Aosta Chambave Muscat, flavours develop through this ageing process producing extraordinary taste and olfactory sensations. The aroma is clean and precise; it merges with elegant mineral and citrus notes, above all pink grapefruit. Taste is broad and complex, elegantly sapid with notes of citrus and acacia flowers on the finish.

Alcohol content: 13,5°
Region: South-east, south-west facing vineyards in the municipalities of Chambave and Saint-Denis on the orographic left side.
Grape/blend: 100% Muscat Blanc or Muscat Petit Grains.
Type soil: morainic, loose, sandy, steep sloped.
Colour: golden yellow, bright.
Aroma: aromatic, intense, persistent. Scents of sage, thyme and an underlying range of citrus fruit sensations, above all pink grapefruit, constitute the extraordinary bouquet of this wine.
Tasting notes: the balance of acid, alcoholic and mineral sensations give the wine an important albeit soft and elegant structure. The finish comes with aromas of citrus fruit and acacia flowers.
Serving suggestions: local fat, medium-aged cheeses or shellfish and lightly smoked fish. Serving 12-14°C.

Chris & Aaron offers free returns on Italy Standard if you purchased the item using PayPal. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and provide a proof of purchase.
Return items in their original condition. Perishable products cannot be returned (fresh products).
