Upon reaching an optimal maturation, the meat is brushed, washed and left to dry in ventilated cold rooms. Then it’s vacuum packed to preserve the softness. Made only with pork meat, Cervia’s salt and pepper; an ideal snack enjoyed with a piece of Piadina di Mora.
