This wine, obtained from gently pressed Chardonnay (prevalent) and Pinot Nero grapes vinified off skins, is produced with the skilful use of the metodo classico and make the second fermentation into the bottle for at least 24 months.
The colour is a brilliant pale-straw yellow with hints of green. The bouquet is full and delicately fruity, with hint of fresh pineapple and wisteria.
The flavour is dry, well balanced and smooth as the perlage is fine and continuous.
Drink as an aperitif and with a wide range of dishes including fish, rice, pasta and poultry.
