Our extra virgin olive oil comes from an ancient oil mill situated on Lake Trasimeno.The oil is green with some golden glints. Its bouquet is of fresh vegetables, almonds, fresh flowers and fruit. It is excellent dressing for salads, meat carpaccio, fish tartare, potatoes, cheese.
